This weekend we had a lot to celebrate! I turned the big 3-0 on Saturday and Alli and Mikey planned an 80's themed birthday party with the family. The night was filled with gaudy outfits, blue eyeshadow, teased hair, yummy food, games, and lots of laughs with some of the people I love most.
Sunday of course was extra special! Easter has become one of the most special days of the year for me. We had a quiet day at home, just the three of us, with an easter egg hunt before lunch and then church in the evening. Ava looked adorable in her easter dress (#2 I might add! Gigi loves to shop for her and I dont mind one bit!)

gosh, those pictures are just beautiful, both the pink dress in the bluebonnets and that blue one and her easter egg basket, how are you going to choose what to frame and what not?? : ) teehee, and that party looked like so much fun, you and mikey could not have been more appropriately dressed as the coolest 80's couple ever! i just love his blazer and your dress is just radical with those lacy arms, you belong on girls just want to have fun! happy birthday vaughanie!
