Connor, you are 14 months old!
Here are the highlights from this month:
-You are 28 pounds (whoa!!!). Wear size 18-24 months clothes and size 5-6 shoe.
-You no longer drink your milk from a bottle. Woohoo!
-You try so hard to communicate to us. You point to things, nod your head yes, shake your head no (especially cute when we read Where's Spot?), and you grunt a lot too.
-You say "da" or "dadda" and "ba" for ball. Talking is still not your thing but that's ok since you manage to communicate to us in other ways.
-You love to take baths and run down the hall naked afterwards (I've never seen you move so fast!), play in the sandbox, play ball, play with cars and trucks (while making vroom noises), look at books, and color.
-I absolutely LOVE seeing your boyish nature come out when you play (and all the time, really!). You are so fun and I know your personality will continue to come to life as you get older.
-You are awesome in the car and in the stroller.
-You take two naps a day ranging anywhere from 45 min-2 1/2 hours. I'll take it! You are proving to be a much better napper than your sister was at this age.
-Your favorite books right now are ones with animals, all the Sandra Boynton books, and this random Santa book.
-You went to the zoo and the beach for the first time this month. Loved them both!
-You had your first unofficial and official hair cut. Your daddy thought he could trim your mullet that was forming but it was a total fail. He felt bad but it was nothing that a trip to the hair salon couldn't fix.
-Still a great eater. You go crazy for blueberries. You will pretty much eat anything I put on your plate.
-Your canines came through this month rounding out the end to teething!!!! You officially have all of your baby teeth. Wow!
I love you so much little guy!!!! My heart is yours!
