1) gift bags for all occasions, wrapping paper, tissue paper, scotch tape (not some generic brand either), packaging tape, cards (although the cards are not the greatest, they look like cards from the 80's, it is the thought and what you write on the inside that matters, right?
2) It is also great for party supplies too like plastic cups, styrofoam plates, plastic utensils, tablecloths, etc...
Dollar Tree is also my favorite teacher store! For all my teacher friends this is what I recently bought for the classroom. Good finds!
1) Name plates with cute bugs on them!
2)Name tags
3)Fly swaters with giant flowers on them for "pointers" to use in a Read around the room center.
4)Coloring books- to have as another option for those rainy day recesses
5) 4th of July ice cube trays that have exactly 10 spots to use as ten frames. I am going to use mine in a center.
5)Treasure box stuff. They have a lot of High School Musical pencils, erasers, and notepads that the kids will go nuts for.
6)I also buy the colored plastic tablecloths and use them as background for my bulletin boards. (I think Cassie told me about that one!)

it makes me sad to not be a teacher anymore :( I used to thrive off of deals like that!
I love the idea of the star ice tray as a ten frame. The kids will love that- you make this math staff developer smile!
